Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Due to the weight and size of our premium grills, standard freight delivery typically takes 7-10 business days depending on your location.
Do CMXtreme Grills come with a warranty?
Yes, all our grills feature a limited lifetime warranty on the stainless steel body and a 5-year warranty on burners and ignition systems to ensure long-lasting performance.
Can I convert my propane grill to natural gas?
Many of our models are dual-fuel compatible. We offer official CMXtreme conversion kits sold separately; however, we recommend installation by a certified gas technician for safety.
What is your return policy for large equipment?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that due to the nature of the product, return shipping fees and a restocking fee may apply.
How do I clean and maintain my grill grates?
We recommend preheating the grill for 15 minutes on high to burn off residue, followed by a thorough brushing with a stainless steel wire brush. For deep cleans, use warm soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge.
